Ken Kerper, President
Ken Kerper is the owner and founder of Modular Building Concepts, Inc. Mr. Kerper has over 30 years experience in the modular building industry. He holds a B.S. in Marketing from San Diego State University and is primarily involved in strategic planning, business development, marketing and sales for the company.

Pam Cooke, Vice President
Pam Cooke is the co-owner, CFO and Vice-President of Modular Building Concepts, Inc. and has been with the company since its inception. With over 30 years accounting experience, Pam oversees accounting, finance and corporate functions. She holds a B.S. in Accounting from San Diego State University and is also a CPA.

Chris Kerper, Assistant Vice President
Chris Kerper is Assistant Vice President of Modular Building Concepts, Inc. Chris has 12 years experience in the construction and refurbishing of modular buildings. Before becoming Assistant Vice President, he was Yard Supervisor and managed yard personnel. Presently, he manages the service department along with overseeing daily operations. In 2006, Chris earned a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in management from San Diego State University.

Lee Anderson , Office Administrator
Lee Anderson is the Office Administrator for Modular Building Concepts, Inc. With over 20 years construction experience and as a former business owner, the office is in capable hands.
