What options does MBC offer?

Do you charge a rental fee on steps? No. Standard metal steps are provided for each door on all lease units. What if I need custom steps or ramps? We can provide you with either a purchase price or rental rate. |
What is your billing cycle? MBC bills monthly and NOT every 28-days on rental units. |
What kind of warranty does MBC offer? On purchases, all MBC buildings carry a manufacturer's one year warranty from the date of manufacture that is transferred to the customer. Can I move my MBC modular building later? Yes. Your modular building is relocatable. Virtually all modular buildings can be relocated. Some installation methods are more suitable for disassembly and relocation. If you know that the building will be relocated, work with your MBC representative to choose the best installation method. |
How long does it take to install a MBC modular building? Simple installations may take as little as an hour. Large projects may take a few days to several weeks depending upon site work and coordination with specialized trades. |
