All negotiations are conducted with the owner and not a "salesperson" in a branch corporate office. COMMITTMENT TO SERVICE We have a full time administrator on staff to handle any problems quickly and professionally. Warranty work is performed locally by Modular Building Concepts. PROJECT MANAGEMENT All major projects are managed personally by the owner of Modular Building Concepts to insure the job proceeds smoothly, on time and on budget. OUR REPUTATION Modular Building Concepts has gained a reputation for their commitment to customer satisfaction. Most business is from referrals or repeat business. A reference list and testimonial letters are available upon request. *WARRANTY Rental and lease contracts: Modular Building Concepts will repair or replace, free of charge, any defective component for one year after installation. FLEXIBLE FINANCING We offer a variety of terms including renting, leasing, lease purchase and outright purchase. CONSULTING SERVICES Low cost consulting services are available for mobile and modular structures. We can assist in writing specifications, cost estimating and floor plan layouts. We bill Monthly and not every twenty-eight days. A twenty-eight day billing cycle results in thirteen invoices per year and a higher yearly cost.
Our lease rates remain fixed throughout the initial lease term. There are no Consumer Price Index (CPI) increases.
We do not charge for standard steps or license fees.
